A Very Brief Autobiography

I opened my real estate practice in 1992, specializing in the Central Kitsap area (i.e., Bangor, Silverdale, Bremerton and Poulsbo). As a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) I have an extensive, nationwide referral network within the CRS Community to help you with your housing needs.

My Values and Beliefs

My purpose is to "have fun helping people" and in so doing my business will prosper. There is plenty of market share available and I am willing to help my fellow REALTORS improve their business by "sharing" my experiences. My business is built on personal relationships and trust. These relationships with my clients and fellow REALTORS are more important than the money or "the deal". I believe integrity (doing what I promise) is the key to building trust and relationships with my clients and fellow REALTORS. I believe in the proper use of technology to enhance my relationships and service. I believe I am helping my clients with one of the largest financial and emotional decisions of their lives. My mission is to "help you get to where you want to go on time" and to "make it easier" for you. I believe in putting my clients first by: giving you first chance at our company's new listings; keeping your information confidential, it will never be sold or given away; avoiding conflicts of interest; and practicing the Ten Commandments of Customer Service. I believe in being The Source of real estate information in my market. I believe in focusing on what I do best, residential real estate brokerage and finally I believe the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
