All of these life styles can be found in Kitsap County! There are enough variations in homes, locations and amenities that any one of the qualities that are important to you can be found. If not right now…then eventually if you’re willing or need to wait for awhile.
Excluding Bainbridge Island close to 70% of the homes in Kitsap County are located in either the cities of Port Orchard, Bremerton or Poulsbo or the unincorporated area of Silverdale, commonly known as Central Kitsap (CK).
This search function accesses information from the Northwest Multiple Listing Service (NWMLS) and updated on an hourly basis so it’s up-to-date. If you’re looking outside Kitsap County you can search other areas in Washington State which are part of the NWMLS.
These days many of us want instant access to information and answers to questions. Me too. I’ve tried to make my website “content rich” meaning several layers of general information plus Kitsap County specifics. However, if you have questions or need to verify some information, please do contact me at your convenience. If I’m not in the office I will return your call within 15 to 20 minutes (unless I’m working with other clients or in a meeting) or will promptly respond to your email or text when I’m able.
