The single most valuable marketing piece I use is a detailed pre-listing package delivered to potential sellers prior to my listing presentation.  This will help prepare you to be aware of all the things I will recommend we do to market your house for sale.  Nothing does more to pre-condition potential sellers about my tecniques and qualifications than my pre-listing package.

I’ve included some forms I use so you’ll be prepared when we meet.  Don’t worry about completing them now because I’ll provide a personalized pre-listing package two or three days before our meeting.  This will give you an opportunity to review the information and complete your homework.  This is the manner in which I work my business.  If a potential seller can’t spend several hours preparing for our initial meeting that seller may not be ready to make the determined commitment.  The challenges of marketing a home for sale, negotiating the terms and taking the sale through escrow and title are detailed and time consuming.  As conductor of the orchestra my job is to make certain what’s supposed to happen does, in fact, happen…and on time.
